Nadia Saliba, Founder and Principal

After a 17-year finance career in the New York and London offices of Goldman Sachs, Nadia Saliba came home to Maine. Her first real estate project was building her own house overlooking a secluded coastal cove in Freeport. Working alongside her architect and general contractor, Nadia oversaw every detail of the project, from planning materials, room layouts, and rooflines all the way down to selecting appliances, countertops, tiles, and identifying the ideal placement of light switches in the lighting plan.

Along the way, Nadia discovered a love for the careful planning and creative problem solving at the core of every residential building project in Maine. Pursuing that love would be her next chapter.

 

After completing her home, adding experience in commercial real estate, both as a Principal on a luxury condo project in Portland, ME with NewHeight Group, and in affordable housing with Eagle Point Companies, she launched her owners’ representative business to offer project management and oversight services to other current and prospective Maine homeowners.
